What are the delivery charges for orders?

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 USD! Otherwise US$9.99 with 10-30 business days.

Why was my payment declined?

Due to account safety, the declined reasons might be different.

Please check the card details on your Jadeore account to make sure the information provided is correct. Pay attention to the expiration date of your card, billing address, and security code. You may find the security code on the back of your Visa/Master card.

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. Because they will not inform us the reason for doing so, it is best to check with your card issuer for details. If possible, we’d also advise you to try paying with PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving full payment. Estimated delivery time can be anywhere from 3-5 weeks to USA.

Due to the volume of orders or where stock is held, this time frame is subject to differ. If you are concerned about your delivery time, please contact us to confirm an estimated arrival time.

How do I return my items?

For damaged items – Kindly email us by filling out the form on our contact page. Make sure to include your order information and photos of the damaged.
