If you do not abide by the latter or if Jadeore suspects that your information is inaccurate or incomplete, Jadeore reserves the right to terminate your account. By registering on “jadeore.com”, you are responsible for the account and password that you create. You are responsible for all activities and actions taken under this information. It is your responsibility that your registration identification remains confidential; you must notify our customer service team if there is any breach of confidentiality in regards to your account.

As for our online store purchasing policy, you will be sent a conformation e-mail which identifies your purchase or willingness to do so. However, this does not determine that Jadeore will necessarily be able to meet your needs; it simply determines that the details you have provided our online store have been received and processed. Jadeore reserves the right to cancel, or suspend any order without notice. If this is the case, items will be refunded in full. All products and services are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock after your order, you will be notified by any contact information given. The order will remain under customer consent and Jadeore will then notify you about the item’s availability. Jadeore is not responsible nor does it take actions of Customs and Excise. You are fully responsible for the laws and regulations of your abode. We will not be able to give any other necessary aid in such situation.
Pricing and Payment Policy
Products placed on “jadeore.com” are all final. Should there be any error in the pricing, our customer service team will contact you. If, however, our customer service team does not have sufficient information about your contact information, then we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as stated previously in our Terms and conditions. Jadeore online store accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express; all which are filtered through a Stripe account which is highly secured. These details are encrypted and your bank or credit card company may require security checks to validate your information. “Jadeore.com” prices are shown in USD (US Dollars), however, “jadeore.com” accepts CDN (Canadian Dollars). We are not responsible for any additional local taxes, fees or customs.

All items purchased on our online store may be returned within a 14 day period. Item must be returned with original online invoice in order to be accepted. All items must be in a new and unused condition. They must also include original tags and must be in their original gift boxes or packages. If item is unidentifiable, it may be sent back to sender. All charges incurred will be sender’s responsibility. Damaged items in transit due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for return. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items from sender. All items shipped within Canada or USA are eligible to be returned; items shipped internationally are final sale. All returned items require their R.A (Return Authorization) number.
